The moist towelettes are formulated with a proprietary cleaning solution that leaves a sanitary surface. The wet-wipes are not alcohol based but dry instantly. They are gentle enough to be skin friendly and the toilet seat can be used immediately after wiping.
The labeled canister is clear so you can easily see when the canister needed to be refilled.
